HRDF: Wusool Program provides monthly support from SR 800 – SR 1,100 to female employees in the private sector

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), through the Transportation Program for Working Women (Wusool), provides a monthly financial support from SAR 800 to SAR 1,100 to female employees in the private sector for a period of 24 months.

HRDF explained that those who meet the requirements and are enrolled in the program could benefit from the support through deducting 80% of the cost of each trip.

The HRDF raised the support amount to SAR 800 for beneficiaries whose monthly wages are less than SAR 6,000, and SAR 1,100 monthly for beneficiaries whose monthly wages between SAR 6001 and SAR 8,000.

HRDF has previously improved the program by extending its support period to 24 months instead of 12 months and changing its subsidy for supported trips from SR800 to SR1,100.

Wusool Program aims to find solutions to reduce the transportation costs for Saudi women working in the private sector.

The program also seeks to improve and develop the environment needed to transport women from and to workplaces, by ensuring high-safety, high-quality and safe transportation service, in partnership with companies directing private taxis via smart applications.

Women working in the private sector can register in Wusool Program through their link.
