Saudi Ministry of Labour and Social Development has re-opened the replacement visas.
Companies will now be able to get a new Iqama visa in case an employee leaves the country on final exit. The sponsor must apply for the replacement visa within 6 months from the date of issuing final exit of the leaving employee.
Important Note: This change only applies if the employee is leaving Saudi Arabia on final exit. Companies giving transfer of sponsorship will not receive this type of visas.
