These rules include: the visitor must stay in quarantine for a maximum of 3 days, followed by 4 days of self-monitoring. Throughout the four-day period, Saudi tourists to Hong Kong and Macao will be required to perform a PCR test for Covid-19 as part of self-monitoring.

Moreover, tourists are permitted to visit stores and engage in some activities during the self-monitoring period, but they are not permitted to travel to public locations like restaurants where large crowds of people congregate.
