The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has announced that employment contracts for expatriate workers in the private sector can now be accessed and updated through its QIWA platform.
This service will benefit the Business owners to streamline the process, help attract best talent and reduce labor disputes.
QIWA platform already provides 85 different services. One of its benefits will enable expatriate workers to move from one employer to another at the end of their current contract without their existing employer’s approval.
Another important service offered by QIWA, is an electronic consultancy service which evaluates business performance and provide advice on areas for improvement, the business indicators including average wages are displayed on an interactive dashboard, Saudi employment rates and job sustainability and a series of pre-emptive alerts to help businesses avoid delays and violations.
To enhance communication between business owners and the ministry as well as raise work regulation compliance the available services also include provision of a detailed monthly report.
QIWA reflects the ministry’s commitment to support entrepreneurs by helping businesses establish digital procedures and services in line with the Kingdom’s digital transformation program.
