The following skills are required for the role:
Experience in design, build, test and deployment of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer C4C) and lead-to-opportunity/customer service business process solutions
Proficient in C4C process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)
Have experience in C4C Service cloud for Utilities clients for retail business. Well conversant with Retail Utilities processes like New connections, move-in/move out, disconnections etc., and understand the integration aspects of C4C service and sales cloud with SAP IS-Utilities.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture Lead to Opportunity and Customer Service offerings powered by SAP C4C
Ability to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service areas
Make the business case for the SAP C4C (Sales & Service) technology solution recommended to the client
Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions.
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisors
Onsite experience in ME, more specific to KSA will be added advantage or other countries
